TORONTO, Oct. 29 /CNW/ - The Public Affairs Association of Canada (PAAC) is pleased to present its 10th Annual Conference - The Art and Science of Public Affairs - in partnership with Campaigns & Elections' Politics Magazine.

In a new 2-day format, the Public Affairs Association of Canada will reflect on the last 10 years in public affairs and look forward to what the coming decade will bring.

    Magazine joins our closing plenary panel as they discuss New Decade, New

    Angus Reid, Angus Reid Strategies - A household name in Polling and
    Opinion Research, the CEO of Angus Reid Strategies joins our panel of
