Proper Television Acquires BuzzTaxi Communications

TORONTO, June 12, 2013 /CNW/ - Leading factual entertainment creator Proper Television today announced that it has acquired international television distribution company BuzzTaxi Communications. This purchase marks an important milestone for Proper Television, as the Canadian production company expands into the content distribution business. Rebranding details will be announced shortly.

Effective immediately, Proper Television will wholly own and operate BuzzTaxi Communications, an energetic and forward-thinking content distribution company, operating both domestically and internationally. Founding partners Jenna Bourdeau and Natalie Vinet will remain on the executive team as vice-presidents. There will be no personnel changes for either company as a result of the acquisition.
