The Trico Customer Portal organizes all the home purchase documents pertaining to their new home, giving them the ability to view all their documents as digital files.

In 2011, Trico Homes released a new website complimented by a modernized version of the logo and a new positioning statement; "New Products. New Ideas. New Trico." Inspired by this new positioning statement, the Trico marketing team was given the challenge to design and implement a new kind of customer focused tool that was sure to "WOW" new purchasers and stand out in a cluttered housing market.
