Progressive Planet Announces Issuance of Stock Options

KAMLOOPS, BC, March 14, 2024 /CNW/ - Progressive Planet Solutions Inc. (TSXV: PLAN) (OTCQB: ASHXF) ("Progressive Planet", "PLAN", or the "Company"), a leader in developing CleanTech solutions for the planet, announces the issuance of stock options.

The Company Board of Directors has granted a total of 3,455,000 stock options in accordance with its stock option plan. Options include 3,040,000 issued to directors, officers, and insiders of the Company exercisable at $0.18 for a period of five years.

In addition, 415,000 options were issued to employees and consultants of the Company exercisable at $0.18 for a period of five years.

All options were granted in accordance with and subject to the Company's stock option plan and are also subject to the applicable policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
