MONTREAL, Sept. 14, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - Black Angus, a French firm specializing in programmatic buying, is boosting its international presence with the opening of an office in Montreal at Notman House. As a virtual negotiating platform for digital ad space buys, Black Angus offers advertisers new ways and means of optimizing their brand presence online.
