Top honours in VoIP and customer experience go to Canada's largest alternative telecommunications provider for commitment to great value, reliability and outstanding customer service

As voted by the public, Primus received the Consumer Choice Award for top Voice over Internet Phone (VoIP) in Hamilton. Primus' New Brunswick contact centre was also recognized with the ContactNB Award of Excellence for Best Customer Experience.
Consumer Choice Award for Top VoIP Service Provider
Primus received an exclusive Consumer Choice Award (CCA) for being the top ranked VoIP service provider in Hamilton by the general public for its Digital Home Phone service. The CCAs are distinguished awards for business excellence in Canada, recognizing only the most outstanding service providers by industry.
CCA selects award recipients through an independent consumer research survey instead of a panel of judges. Leger Marketing surveys thousands of consumers across Canada to gather their opinions, perceptions and expectations of the services they use daily during this rigorous selection process.

Primus is also the recipient of a ContactNB Award of Excellence for Best Customer Experience in contact centres of up to 250 employees. A provincial contact centre association, ContactNB, recognizes excellent industry practices, while showcasing member company contribution to their employees, communities and province.
The prestigious Best Customer Experience award recognizes contact centres that demonstrate effective strategies and processes resulting in a unique customer service experience. Award recipients are judged on customer satisfaction and feedback, service level, and commitment to quality assurance. This award builds on the success Primus achieved last year in receiving Awards of Excellence in the Technology & Innovation as well as Community Involvement categories.
