Primecorp Commercial Realty Inc., Brokerage Completes Sale of Suburban Office asset in Ottawa for $8,350,000

OTTAWA, Aug. 8, 2012 /CNW/ - Primecorp Commercial Realty Inc., acting as exclusive Advisor to the Vendor, is pleased to announce that it has facilitated the sale of a 48,390 square foot suburban office building located at 2175 Robertson Road in Ottawa, Ontario.

The office building is 100% occupied by Davis & Henderson, a leading provider of technology and managed services to the North American financial services industry.

Huntington Properties acquired this property from Erez Capital, an international Real Estate Fund with assets throughout Canada.
