Primecorp acts as exclusive Advisor of Class A Office Complex of 68,365 net leasable square feet at 72 Laval Street in Gatineau, QC
OTTAWA, Sept. 28, 2015 /CNW/ - Primecorp Commercial Québec Inc., Real Estate Agency, acting as Advisor, announced today the successful purchase by Le Fonds de placement immobilier Nobel (FPI Nobel) and Rue Laval Property Limited Partnership (Rue Laval LP) of 72 Laval Street, a 7-storey office complex of 68,365 net leasable square feet and not 51,459 net leasable square feet as stated previously, strategically located in the revitalized downtown core of the Hull Sector of the City of Gatineau. In addition, the building was built to L.E.E.D. standards but not L.E.E.D. rated as stated previously. The sale price was $18,500,000 CAD.
This transaction, completed by Primecorp Québec's Commercial Investment Sales Team led by David Thomson and Pierre Charron, demonstrates Primecorp's continued success in completing investment grade real estate transactions in all economic environments. The property is primarily occupied by the Federal Government, with the balance occupied by a language school and high technology firms.
