RIVIÈRE-DU-LOUP, QC, Oct. 27, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - Premier Tech is pleased to announce its acquisition of Atelier Plastique Forézien, specializing in the rotational moulding of thermoplastic materials. By this transaction, the company aims to increase the European manufacturing capacity of its Premier Tech Aqua France (PTAF) Business Unit.
Positioned as an industry leader in France, PTAF has recorded a significant sales growth of 55% over the last two years. With this acquisition, Premier Tech maintains its investment strategy with the goal of fueling PTAF's growth and increasing its logistics capabilities to support its distribution partners.
For 20 years, the French company Atelier Plastique Forézien, located in Andrézieux-Bouthéon, has based its business success on continuous efforts to develop products renowned for their design, their robustness and their cutting-edge technology. Driven by the same philosophy, Premier Tech Aqua France now welcomes a dozen rotational moulding specialists, increasing the number of Premier Tech's Environmental Technologies Group (ETG) team members to more than 400 in Europe, including more than 200 in France itself.
