Hottest new Bluetooth technology plane set to launch in America this Summer
TORONTO, July 15, 2014 /CNW/ - PowerUp 3.0 has taken your average origami paper plane and transformed it into an extraordinary paper drone by using the latest in Bluetooth® Smart Technology and a free app for iPhone and Android devices.
This summer, the PowerUp 3.0 will take to the skies from July 28, 2014 until August 3, 2014 in Oshkosh, Wisconsin while making its USA debut at the EAA AirVenture Air Show.
PowerUp 3.0 generated over $1.2 million on Kickstarter and became one of the top funded programs in the flight category. It has also been featured on popular technology websites like Tech Crunch and Mashable. In addition, the PowerUp 3.0 has also won Toy of the Year at the New York Toy Fair in 2013, has been approved by Mr.Dad – America's Most Trusted Dad and has been featured on Popular Science.
"I'm excited to be heading to Oshkosh for the EAA AirVenture Air Show. "We will have PowerUp products available for purchase during the week where fans will be able to get their hands on their very own plane and become a pilot!"
During the air show, Shai Goitein will be available for press opportunities and interviews at the PowerUp Toys Booth located in the I44 booth in the EAA Innovation Center. If you would like to contact him for an interview or media opportunity, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The PowerUp 3.0 will be available at Oshkosh for $50, the PowerUp 2.0 for $20 and a package of PowerUp Templates for $10.
The PowerUp 3.0 is currently being shipped to all Kickstarter backers and will be flying into retail in Fall 2014.
