Power Sustainable Announces Sale of Golden South Wind Energy Project to Concord Green Energy

MONTRÉAL, Sept. 23, 2026 /CNW/ -- Power Sustainable Energy Infrastructure Inc. ("PSEI"), the renewable energy infrastructure platform of Power Sustainable, today announced the sale of the Golden South Wind Energy Project ("Golden South") to Concord Green Energy, the renewable energy division of Concord Pacific Group.

Located near Assiniboia, Saskatchewan, Golden South is the province's largest operating wind project. Since entering commercial operation in March 2022, the 200 MW facility has supplied renewable power to Saskatchewan's grid. Its 50 turbines can generate enough power  for up to 100,000 homes.

Following the commencement of commercial operations at Golden South, Power Sustainable acquired the asset through PSEI, with Potentia continuing to manage its day-to-day operations. This model combined Potentia's operating expertise with PSEI's active portfolio management, supporting disciplined value realization.
