SASKATOON, Saskatchewan, Jan. 19, 2017 /CNW/ -- 2016 was the best year yet for real estate portal Point2 Homes – rushing to the top of popular real estate search platforms among homebuyers here and abroad. The number of visits surpassed 36 million, a record number, marking a 33.8% year-over-year increase. The Point2 Homes website has also seen major improvements in user friendliness, especially when it comes to the saved search feature, research filters, city overviews and neighbourhood information.
If agents or MLSs offer the relevant data, every listing page will now display room sizes, interior and lot features, taxes and home owner association fees, price history and more.
2017 is expected to be a very strong year too, with a predicted increase of at least 30% in traffic and leads in all markets.
