Petrowest Energy Services Trust Appoints Interim CEO

GRANDE PRAIRIE, AB, Nov. 3 /CNW/ - Petrowest Energy Services Trust (TSX:PRW.UN) announced today that Mr. Richard Quigley has been appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer by the Board of Directors. Mr. Quigley moves to his new position from his previous Co-Chief Operating Officer role.

Mr. Quigley joined Petrowest when it acquired his company, Quigley Contracting, based in Fort St. John and Fort Nelson British Columbia.

Mr. Quigley sits on the Board of the Trust and currently has direct responsibility for the day to day operations of the Trust.

"While the title is Interim, Rick is certainly capable of fulfilling the requirements of the position and is a proven quality operator in the construction and infrastructure creation industry," said Bill Smith, Chairman of the Board.

The appointment is effective immediately.
