PETROWEST ENERGY SERVICES TRUST ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT CHANGES
CALGARY, Sept. 16 /CNW/ - Petrowest Energy Services Trust (TSX: PRW.UN) announced today that it has made several senior management changes to improve the effectiveness of the organization.
Effective immediately Ralph Hesje has left the Trust to pursue other opportunities. An executive committee comprised of Board and management representatives has been formed to oversee the overall operation of the Trust until a replacement is announced.
Additionally, the Board has appointed Mr. Rick Quigley of Fort St John B.C. and Mr. Murray Head of Grande Prairie, Alberta as Co - Chief Operating Officers of the Trust. Both Mr. Quigley and Mr. Head have been with the Trust for a lengthy period and are significant unitholders of the Trust. "We are extremely fortunate to have two such capable people assume responsibility for the day to day operations of the Trust"' said Board Chairman Bill Smith.
As well Mr. Jim Moffatt has assumed the role of Vice President of Sales and Marketing for all the Trust and will be coordinating the overall branding of the organization. "These additions and changes reinforce the Trust's commitment to customer service and to growing the presence in central and northern Alberta," said Chairman Smith.
