CALGARY, Oct. 24, 2012 /CNW/ - Petrowest Corporation (the "Company") has completed its previously-announced bought deal offering, including the exercise in full of the underwriters' over-allotment option. A total of 17,250,000 class A common shares ("Common Shares") have been issued at a price of $0.50 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of $8,625,000.
The syndicate of underwriters was led by Beacon Securities Limited and included Paradigm Capital Inc.
The net proceeds from the offering will be used to reduce corporate indebtedness.
