AUSTIN, TX, Jan. 16, 2017 /CNW/ - Perk Inc. (TSX: PER) ("Perk" or the "Company") announced today that the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) has issued a final order approving the proposed transaction pursuant to which RhythmOne plc agreed to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares and class A restricted voting shares of Perk by way of a plan of arrangement under section 182 of the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) (the "Arrangement").
Completion of the Arrangement remains conditional on certain closing conditions customary for transactions of this nature. Subject to the satisfaction or waiver of all closing conditions, it is anticipated that the Arrangement will be completed on or about January 19, 2017.
