Perk Inc. files Supplement to Management Information Circular for Proposed Acquisition by RhythmOne PLC

AUSTIN, TX, Dec. 22, 2016 /CNW/ - Perk Inc. (TSX: PER) ("Perk" or the "Company")  announced today that it has filed on SEDAR a supplement (the "Supplement") to its management information circular dated December 16, 2016 (the "Circular") in respect of Perk's special meeting of shareholders to be held at 10:00 am (Toronto time) on January 12, 2017 at the offices of Torys LLP at Suite 3000, 79 Wellington Street West, Toronto, Ontario. The Supplement amends the Circular to update certain information with respect to the principal holders of voting securities of the Company.
