Traci Costa, CEO of Peekaboo Beans states "Sales are trending upwards in a big way with the sales in the USA picking up a steady pace. The goal is to replicate this trend month over month and build out and start building out a global strategy."
The company recently announced it has engaged Canaccord Genuity Corp ("Canaccord") and Gravitas Securities inc. (collectively, the "Agents") to act as co-lead agents on a commercially reasonable efforts basis in connection with a private placement for an aggregate gross proceeds of up to $1,500,000 (the "Offering"). The company will issue up to 2,000,000 units of the company (the "Units") at a price of $0.75 per Unit pursuant to the Offering. Each Unit will be comprised of one common share of the Company and one-half of one common share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a "Warrant"). Each Warrant will be exercisable into one common share of the Company at a price of $1.00 for a period of 24 months following the closing of the Offering.
