Pebercan shares now listed on the NEX exchange

MONTREAL , Oct. 15 /CNW Telbec/ - Pebercan Inc. ("Pebercan" or the "Company") (NEX : PBC.H) Pebercan announces that its common shares have ceased trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") and will trade, as of today, on the NEX exchange under the symbol "PBC.H".

The NEX registration does not affect shareholder rights, including distribution rights upon voluntary liquidation, as provided for under the plan of arrangement approved by the Company's shareholders on May 26, 2009 .
