TORONTO, Jan. 23, 2013 /CNW/ - Pathway Multi Series Fund Inc. / Fonds Séries Multiples Pathway Inc. (the "Mutual Fund Corporation") announces that the Mutual Fund Corporation has completed the change of name, effective January 18, 2013, to Marquest Mutual Funds Inc. / Fonds Communs De Placement Marquest Inc.

Marquest Mutual Funds Inc. / Fonds Communs De Placement Marquest Inc. is a corporate fund organized into five funds (collectively, the "Marquest Group of Funds").  The Marquest Group of Funds consists of: the Explorer Series Fund, the Energy Series Fund, the Canadian Flex™ Series Fund, Resource Flex™ Series Fund and Flex Dividend and Income Growth ™ Series Fund.

This does not change the investment strategy of the Funds or their objectives in any way.
