After Fan Vote, Industry Panel Chooses AndrewVictoria As Grand Prize Winner
NEW YORK, Oct. 24, 2012 /CNW/ - OurStage.com, the innovative online social platform for discovering music, and Best Buy Canada today announce AndrewVictoria as the winner of the Intel® Canada Superstars Competition. After four years of amplifying musicians' careers in the U.S., the Intel Superstars competition expanded its reach to find superstar artists in Canada. After over 150,000 online judging battles by the fans to find winners in seven separate genres, the grand prize winner was chosen by a panel of industry heavyweights. With their track "Repeat Yesterday," AndrewVictoria was able to come away with over $5,000 worth of prizes from brands that include Fender®, Intel, Shure®, Casio® and Avid™.
