TORONTO, Oct. 1, 2025 /CNW/ - Ontario Power Generation (OPG), the Ontario Science Centre, and Ontario Tech University invite accredited media to attend the launch of WattNext, an innovative, interactive energy literacy program for Ontarians.
The launch event will feature interactive exhibits, hands-on activities, and discussions with industry experts, educators, government representatives, and local STEM influencers; and will simultaneously kick-off National Science Literacy Week.
OPG's President and Chief Executive Officer, Nicolle Butcher, will be joined by Ontario Science Centre CEO, Paul Kortenaar, and Ontario Tech University President and Vice-Chancellor, Steven Murphy; alongside prominent leaders in the STEM, education, and energy fields.
