OneRoof Energy Group, Inc. Welcomes Henry Yun to Its Board of Directors

SAN DIEGO, June 25, 2014 /CNW/ - OneRoof Energy Group, Inc. (TSXV:ON), a complete solar services provider, today announced that Henry K. Yun, Ph.D. has joined OneRoof Energy's board of directors. Yun is the Vice President of Corporate Planning for Hanwha Q Cells USA Corp. and brings a depth of global experience in scaling market-leading enterprises. In addition to being a member of the board, Yun will also be a member of the Governance, Nomination & Compensation Committee.

Yun replaces Patrick Shim who is resigning from OneRoof Energy's board. Shim will join OneRoof Energy as its Vice President of Strategy, and will contribute to the Company's day-to-day strategic planning which includes organic growth, strategic partnerships and selective mergers & acquisitions.

Yun joined Hanwha Q Cells USA Corp. in 2013 focused on corporate planning. Prior to Q Cells, Yun held various executive positions with Hanwha Solar America and Intel. Yun is a graduate of Cornell University and Northwestern University receiving both a Masters in Engineering and a MBA. Yun received his Ph.D. from the University of Washington.
