Omega Advisors U.S. Capital Appreciation Fund Files Warrant Offering Final Prospectus

TORONTO, May 4, 2012 /CNW/ - Omega Advisors U.S. Capital Appreciation Fund (TSX: OUS.UN) is pleased to announce that it has filed a final prospectus relating to an offering of warrants to unitholders of the fund.  Each unitholder will receive one warrant for each unit held on the record date.  The record date for the offering will be May 15^th, 2012.  Warrants will be exercisable beginning July 30^th, 2012 and will expire on October 30, 2012.

Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase a unit upon payment of the subscription price, which will be $9.62.  The warrants will be listed for trading on the TSX under the symbol "OUS.WT.A".
