Olympian Sarah Wells Set to Launch Believe Initiative for Youth

TORONTO, Jan. 13, 2017 /CNW/ - Canadian Olympic 400m hurdler Sarah Wells will launch the Believe Initiative powered by RBC. The movement is focused on inspiring young people to be resilient, relentlessly pursue their goals and foster an unwavering belief in themselves.

Sarah will kick-start the Believe Initiative at William Berczy Public School in her hometown of Unionville, Ontario. It will be especially meaningful, as it was Sarah's elementary school and where she first discovered her passion for running.

Having seen both success and heartbreak during her athletic career, Sarah's journey taught her the value of believing in herself and inspired her to start the Believe Initiative. Berczy students will be invited to become a part of the Believe Community following Sarah's message, and challenged to start making steps toward their goals. In addition, the Believe Initiative will also launch a social media campaign of Monday Motivation videos from January 16 - March 20, 2017.
