CALGARY , Oct. 7 /CNW/ - In accordance with the dividend policy established by the Board of Directors, shareholders of the common shares of Olympia Financial Group Inc. on record as at Tuesday, October 20, 2009 are entitled to a $0.45 (45 Canadian cents) dividend payable on Friday, October 30, 2009 .

Olympia Financial Group Inc. designates the entire amount of this taxable dividend to be an "eligible dividend" for purposes of the Income Tax Act ( Canada ), as amended from time to time.
