CALGARY, Feb. 18 /CNW/ - Olympia Financial Group Inc. granted and issued ten thousand (10,000) incentive stock options to Gerhard Barnard at an exercise price of $29.10 with a grant date of February 16, 2010 and an expiry date of February 16, 2015. The options will vest as to one-third upon the date of grant and one-third on each of the next two anniversaries thereafter.

The Stock Option Plan was approved at the Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders held on June18, 2009.
