O'Leary Funds Management LP announces it will not change its hedged/unhedged strategies in proposed transaction with Canoe Financial LP

MONTREAL, Nov. 27, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - O'Leary Funds Management LP (the "Manager"), the manager of certain investment funds ("O'Leary Funds"), has determined that the previously announced proposed changes to the strategies of all Hedged and Unhedged series of units (as such terms are defined in the Simplified Prospectus of the O'Leary Funds) will not proceed. The O'Leary Funds will continue to employ the strategies currently used with respect to hedging. All other material changes announced on October 15, 2015 and on October 26, 2015 are expected to proceed as previously disclosed, except that the proposed transaction is now expected to be completed in February 2016, subject to, among other matters, receiving all necessary unitholder and regulatory approvals, as well as satisfying other conditions of closing.
