NYX Gaming Group Announces Extension of Investor Relations Contract and Stock Option Grant

LAS VEGAS, March, 8, 2016 /CNW/ - NYX Gaming Group Limited ("NYX" or the "Company"), the market leading digital content and technology supplier to gaming operators across the world, would like to announce that it has extended a contract for investor relations services with Ms. Joann Head, commencing on March 1, 2016, and terminating on March 1, 2017, subject to renewal by the parties.

Ms. Head has significant experience in the financial service industry and has lead investor relations initiatives for TSX, TSX Venture Exchange and NASDAQ listed companies, in various industries including telecom and mining.  Ms. Head is based in Toronto, Canada, and will work to increase market awareness for NYX.  Ms. Head will also meet and communicate with analysts, institutional and professional investors and stockbrokers for the purpose of encouraging and promoting investment in the Company. She will also advise the Company with respect to its communication materials, including the Company's website and presentations developed for industry meetings, conferences and tradeshows.

In consideration for the services to be provided, Ms. Head will receive a monthly retainer of CAD$5,000.00 per month. NYX has also granted Ms. Head options to purchase 10,000 ordinary shares of the Company at an exercise price of CAD$2.70 per ordinary share. These options vest ¼ every year, beginning on January 4, 2017.
