(TSX: NRI) a specialty pharmaceutical company dedicated to building a portfolio of products for the topical treatment of pain announced today that, at its 2013 annual and special meeting of shareholders held in Mississauga, all nominees listed in the management proxy circular dated May 1, 2013 were elected, by a show of hands, as directors of the Company.
