Notice to the media - Government of Canada to make an announcement to support improving HIV prevention and support services

WINNIPEG, MB, Sept. 9, 2026 /CNW/ -- Doug Eyolfson, Member of Parliament for Winnipeg West, on behalf of the Honourable Marjorie Michel, Minister of Health, will hold a news conference to announce investments to improve access to HIV prevention and support services. He will be joined by the Chief Public Health Officer of Canada, Dr. Joss Reimer, Senator Kristopher Wells, and Uzoma Asagwara, Manitoba Minister of Health, Seniors and Long-Term Care.
