MONTREAL, Feb. 26, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - Ms. Nathalie Le Prohon, Chair of the Board of Directors of Groupe Conseil OSI, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Alain Boucher, CPA, CGA to the position of President and CEO of Groupe Conseil OSI.
Mr. Boucher distinguishes himself by his extensive background in management, which he gained while working for large-scale companies such as Rolls-Royce, Netricom and Alcoa. Mr. Boucher, who joined Groupe Conseil OSI in April 2013 as Executive Vice President and CFO, will promote and develop the firm's already considerable assets for the benefit of new and existing clients, who will find in Groupe Conseil OSI a strategic partner attentive to their needs.
We also wish to thank Mr. Marc Tremblay, who until now co-chaired the company, for his significant contribution in terms of both sales and strategic positioning of the company. Mr. Tremblay will continue to serve on Groupe Conseil OSI's Board of Directors.
