TORONTO, May 12, 2025 /CNW/ - The previously scheduled day of May 13, 2025 will not be used for the merits hearing in the above-named matter. The merits hearing will continue on May 14, 15, 26, 28, 29 and June 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10 and 11, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. on each day.
