TORONTO, Sept. 15, 2015 /CNW/ - The Office of the Secretary issued a Notice of Hearing setting the matter down to be heard on October 30, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of the Commission at 20 Queen Street West, 17th Floor Hearing Room or as soon thereafter as the hearing can be held, to consider a matter remitted back to the Commission for a fresh determination of certain sanctions ordered against Kevin Loman (Loman v. Ontario Securities Commission, 2015 ONSC 4083).
