New Web Series Shares the Secret to a High-performing Millennial Employee

TORONTO, May 10, 2016 /CNW/ - It's time to debunk stereotypes and capitalize on the generation that's got the business world talking.

McLuhan & Davies Communications, Inc. announces the launch of a three-part documentary web series that looks at the modern Millennial employee. The series, entitled "We Are Millennials," analyzes work ethic, goals and interests of this generation and explains how managers can make their young employees more motivated, productive and dedicated.

"From an employer's viewpoint, this series shows you how to retain a generation that's always on the move," says Roger HB Davies, CEO of McLuhan & Davies. "From the Millennial's viewpoint, it teaches you how to stand out amongst your peers in the business world."

By the year 2020, Millennials will make up 50% of the global workforce. Companies and organizations need to be proactive and make Millennials an integral part of their business strategy.

Our research shows that this generation approaches the workplace much differently than Baby Boomers and Gen Xers. Special focus is placed on workplace culture, short-term goals, instant feedback, communication skills and professional development.

The three-part documentary was produced, written and filmed by two Millennial employees of McLuhan & Davies who wanted to bridge the gap between generations and help companies produce high-performing Millennials.
