New Venue for Meetings of the Citadel Funds

TORONTO , Sept. 25 /CNW/ - Citadel Fund Administrator today announced it has changed the venue for its upcoming Special Meetings of Unitholders (the "Meetings") to be held on September 30, 2009 .

The Meetings are for the following funds:

    
    Citadel Diversified Investment Trust: CTD.UN, TSX
    Citadel Hytes Fund: CHF.UN, TSX
    Citadel Premium Income Fund: CPF.UN, TSX
    Citadel S-1 Income Trust Fund: SDL.UN, TSX
    Citadel SMaRT Fund: CRT.UN, TSX
    Citadel Stable S-1 Income Fund: CSR.UN, TSX
    Equal Weight Plus Fund: EQW.UN, TSX
    Series S-1 Income Fund: SRC.UN, TSX
    

Based on indications received to date, attendance at the Meetings will be much higher than originally anticipated, therefore a larger venue is required to accommodate all of the unitholders who are expected to attend or be represented in person.

The Meetings will be adjourned to the Grand Banking Hall at One King West , Toronto , Ontario at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 30, 2009 prior to considering any business.

The new venue is located at the south-west corner of the intersection of King Street and Yonge Street in Toronto . Anyone planning to attend the Meetings in person should proceed directly to the new venue at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 30, 2009 .
