New Vancouver e-commerce startup will challenge Amazon with free same-day delivery for local online shoppers

VANCOUVER, Sept. 15, 2015 /CNW/ - New Vancouver startup SpotsHUB launched today with an offer online shoppers will find hard to resist – best prices with free, same-day delivery for highest quality toys and gifts from popular global brands.

Tseng said it took a year and half to design, develop, program and perfect its online e-commerce store and proprietary distribution and delivery system.

The company launches with more than 500 initial toy and gift lines, a new 1313 square-meter (15,000 ft.²) warehouse and an inventory of more than 12,000 products in stock and a fleet of 20 environmentally-friendly, hybrid vehicles.

"We've sourced toy and gift products in Asia, USA and Europe from well-known global brands famous for their popular design and highest quality," Tseng said.

Brands include Bruder and Rastar toys, Hape children's gifts and toys, Vulli and Bamboo baby products with more products planned as consumers request new products and suggest other ideas.

Toys and gifts ordered online at www.spotshub.com before 2PM, will be delivered free on the same-day by 9 PM in the Lower Mainland. Consumers from areas outside of the Vancouver region can also order online for next-day delivery.

SpotsHUB plans to add additional product categories including fashion, home, lifestyle, pet, technology and other products as consumers discover the benefits of the new service.

The company is currently offering a free, one-year membership to its first 5,000 new members.
