The firm is pleased to introduce two new partners, Ms. Louise Davey and Ms. Éliane Bazelais, to respectively head up the company's Operations and Finance and administration divisions.

Prior to joining Les Ensembliers, Ms. Davey has held several senior level Operations positions including Chief Operations Officer (COO) at RSM Richter Chamberland (Richter) and worked as a Management Consultant specialized in Business Transformation, where she helped companies design and navigate major changes including rapid growth, service professionalization and M&A integration.  She brings her expertise and 20 years of experience to Les Ensembliers to strengthen the company's service delivery arm and help manage the company's future business trajectories.

Ms. Bazelais is a Certified professional accountant (CPA CGA) and former Director of Operations at Les Ensembliers.  She has worked alongside management teams and financial and fiscal advisors for private companies across multiple industries. Throughout her career, she has contributed to major improvements to their financial operations and results. Prior to joining Les Ensembliers, she served as President of Quali-T-Group inc., a private- owned company and its subsidiaries in Canada and the US for over 10 years.

This move means that Ms. Bazelais, will be able to focus more fully on her area of speciality. "With Louise managing the service lines and heading up the construction process and Éliane now dedicated to Finance and administration, we have the perfect team to support our design vision and our growth.", says Richard Ouellette, President of Les Ensembliers.

Now that Louise and Éliane are partners in the business, Mr. Vandal plans to dedicate more time to the company's rapidly-expanding real estate development company, XO Development, and Mr. Ouellette will increase his efforts to provide the firm's customers with a complete design experience.
