A growing trend in New York City, the concept of a brunch experience accompanied by live gospel music had been enticing Le Balcon's co-owners, Eva Ledoux-Deguire and Julien Robitaille, for quite some time. As Ledoux-Deguire enthusiastically explains, "This is something that is new to Le Balcon AND new to Montreal. We are just as excited as anyone to be able to have this experience!"
