TORONTO, Sept. 29 /CNW/ - Nearctic Nickel Mines Inc. (Pink Sheets: NNMIF) and its subsidiary, Ungava Mineral Exploration Inc. ("UMEI") have been advised by Stikeman Elliott, their special counsel for all matters relating to the Sheppard Arbitration Decision (the "Decision") of April 1, 2009, that the motion to annul the Decision is scheduled to be heard 18-29 January, 2010.
