Educator offers procurement organizations assistance to access federal funding for training.
VICTORIA, Dec. 11, 2014 /CNW/ - Canadian employers investing in employee skills development are eligible to receive up to $10,000 per person for costs such as tuition and training materials, but every province has different application requirements and the process can be daunting. National Education Consulting Inc. (NECI) offers clients across Canada procurement, supply chain and contract management training, and assistance for eligible organizations to access up to 66% reimbursement of tuition for NECI sessions.
"This is a great opportunity for employers to access funds to subsidize their capabilities," said Maureen Sullivan President of NECI, "not only increasing their own sustainability but encouraging the kind of learning culture that keeps people engaged". Lorne Dennis, Director of Contracting and Procurement at ATCO Electric, agrees that employee retention and succession planning are two of the most critical challenges currently facing procurement organizations in Canada. This means that effective, relevant and timely training is more important than ever before.
National Education Consulting Inc. (NECI) helps clients attract, retain and develop high-performing employees who can preserve a marketplace competitive edge by providing first class training.
