MNP Welcomes Kanish & Partners LLP, Building on Commitment to Support the Greater Toronto Market

CALGARY, AB, Jan. 16, 2026 /CNW/ - MNP, one of Canada's largest national professional services firms, is pleased to announce that it will join forces with the chartered professional services firm, Kanish & Partners LLP, effective January 19th, 2026. Based in Toronto, the firm is led by partners Kanish Thevarasa and Julian Emmanuel, who will join MNP as Partners, supported by a team of 22 professionals. 

Kanish & Partners LLP serves Canadian SMEs across Ontario, providing them with a wide variety of accounting, assurance, and business advisory services. They also support a number of large international companies, primarily with in-bound Canadian tax and assurance services.

MNP has grown rapidly across the Greater Toronto market, growing to include over 1,000 team members located in their Toronto, Markham and Mississauga locations. Jon MacNeil, CPA, CA, MNP's Regional Managing Partner for the GTA region, said that this move reflects MNP's continued commitment to investing in the Toronto market, Canada's primary economic engine.
