Based in the GTA, the firm is led by Vince Chiofalo and Gus Yantsis who will join MNP as partners. 

Schwartz & Company primarily serves SMBs in the GTA.  Their practice is deeply rooted in the local business community, working with a diverse client base that includes physicians, manufacturing, distribution, retail, real estate and construction, family offices and entrepreneurs. The firm offers a full range of accounting, assurance, and tax services.
