RICHMOND, BC, March 25, 2015 /CNW/ - Nass Valley Gateway Ltd. (the "Company" or "Nass Valley") announces with sadness that Mr. John Copeland, a non-executive director of the Company, passed away on March 15, 2015. Mr. Copeland has served as a director of the Company since June 29, 2012.

Mr. Dieter Peter, President & CEO of Nass Valley Gateway, states that Mr. Copeland has been a valuable member of our board and his presence will be missed.
