LOUISVILLE, KY, April 3, 2013 /CNW/ - MyFantasyStable.com has launched a new season of their popular fantasy horse racing game. Called the 'Spring Classics Challenge', the game is centered around the 2013 class of three-year-old thoroughbred colts and geldings as they prepare for and run in the upcoming Spring Classics/Triple Crown series (the Kentucky Derby, Preakness Stakes and Belmont Stakes).
MyFantasyStable.com is the only fantasy horse racing game modeled after the wildly popular fantasy football and fantasy baseball leagues enjoyed by millions of sports fans. MyFantasyStable.com players can gather their friends, create a Private league and conduct a draft to select a unique stable of 10 horses, 2 jockeys and 2 trainers. Players can then modify their stables (teams) during the course of the game through waiver wire and add/drop features. The stable that earns the most purse money in a given league is the winner of that league.
The Spring Classics Challenge game also allows for players to join any number of Open Leagues to compete versus fans from all over North America. Players can create leagues and draft anytime through June 8, Belmont Stakes Day.
MyFantasyStable.com was originally launched last August with a fantasy horse racing game that ran through the first weekend in November. More games are planned for the future.
