However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic uncertainty, the adoption of AI and analytics solutions is expected to be much slower in 2020, given that it will not be a priority for hospitals. Operational solutions that help hospitals manage their strained resources could still see higher adoption once the crisis subsides.
