Starting Thursday, "The Hockey Sweater - A Musical" will take the stage at the Seagal Centre for a modern musical for the whole family.

Montreal was founded on an unceded Indigenous territory. Currently, there are more than 25,000 Indigenous people from different nations living in Montréal. Unlike other cities in the world, indigenous culture is absent from the built environment of this future metropolis of reconciliation.

As part of Montréal's 375th anniversary, the Association des écoles supérieures d'art de Montréal (ADÉSAM) is proud to present a multidisciplinary work, created in collaboration with the 10 member schools of its network, which showcases Montréal's up-and-coming artistic talent.
The Hockey Sweater: A Musical
October 19th to November 12th, 2017 - Segal Centre for Performing Arts
For Montréal's 375th anniversary, The Segal Centre has commissioned and will produce the world premiere of the musical adaptation of Roch Carrier's beloved story: The Hockey Sweater.

"Imaging a metamorphosis" is an immersive, multidisciplinary creation that sets the viewer on an historical, emotional and poetic journey.
