12:00 p.m.	The Prime Minister will announce new investments to defend our waters and strengthen our trade routes. He will be joined by the Premier of Québec, Christine Fréchette, and the Minister of Government Transformation, Public Works and Procurement and Québec Lieutenant, Joël Lightbound.
