IBM's Now Factory solution delivers near real-time insights to mobile operators by analyzing massive quantities of network and business data in real-time, to help manage negative experiences and network outages, and at the same time help drive new revenue opportunities. Mobileum will bring its carrier-grade telecom solutions delivery experience across 617 networks in over 170 countries to the Now Factory solution.
