Mirabela Nickel Limited - Debt rating lowered by S&P
PERTH, AUSTRALIA, Oct. 2, 2013 /CNW/ - Mirabela Nickel Limited (Mirabela or the Company) (ASX: MBN, TSX: MNB) wishes to advise that Standard and Poor's Ratings Services lowered the Company's corporate credit rating from 'CCC+' to 'B-'. In addition to the down grade, the rating is also placed on CreditWatch with negative implications.
The down grade comes as a result of the Company and Operational Update announcement to the ASX on 26 September 2013 and the subsequent Company Update on 1 October 2013.
